Depending on the package you book, if you book the Memoring only then you will receive this 2 business days before the event. We will send this via a courier service. If you book any of our extras, we will deliver on the day of the event and set this up for you.

As many as they want, there is no limit!

When connected to a charger (cable included in the package), Memoring can be used indefinitely. So it’s recommended to place near a power source. Without continuous charge, the Bell model’s battery lasts about 8 hours, while the Memoring Pro device lasts about 4 hours.

As soon as you have a date, book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Once you are set up, log into the Memoring platform and share your delivery details. We will manage the rest.

We recommend placing it on a separate guestbook table, preferably away from speakers. This will allow guests to leave messages without background noise.

If you place it on a high table / counter (about 110cm high), guests can leave message while standing.
If you place it on a lower table, it’s better for guests to leave message while seated in front of it.

Please return the Memoring on the first business day after the event, simply hand it to the pre-ordered courier service arrange for you.

We will provide them to you in a personal online gallery within 4 weeks after the event.

The deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks after the package is returned. The amount will be automatically be credited to the card used for payment.
